Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Work-Life Balance Coach. As a Work-Life Balance Coach, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one coaching to individuals to help them achieve work-life balance, maintain optimal mental health, and reach new heights of success. Your day-to-day tasks may include conducting coaching sessions, developing personalized strategies, facilitating training, and guiding individuals in their personal development journey.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to clients, focusing on achieving a harmonious work-life balance.
Develop and implement personalized coaching plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Utilize advanced coaching techniques and methodologies to facilitate lasting changes in clients' lives.
Offer insights and guidance on stress management, emotional intelligence, productivity & time management, and personal well-being.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional coach, preferably with a focus on work-life balance, career development, or personal well-being.
Certified coach credentials (e.g., ICF, NLP, or equivalent).
Demonstrated success in helping clients achieve measurable improvements in their work-life integration.
Experience working with senior-level executives or professionals undergoing career transitions.
Background in psychology, counselling, or a related field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect deeply with diverse client backgrounds.
A commitment to personal and professional development, staying current with industry best practices and research
Strong empathy and active listening skills
Ability to work remotely and independently
Proficiency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German, French, or Spanish is a plus.
